Frozen Yogurt Bark with Berries and Chocolate

An easy dessert made with a few simple ingredients – vanilla yogurt, dark chocolate, nuts, dried fruits and coconut. All the decadence of ice cream, but on the better-for-you side. Fun to eat, too!

  • 1 32. ounce container vanilla yogurt
  • 1 8–10 ounce jar berry preserves or jam
  • ½ cup DOVE® Dark Chocolate Blueberry & Vanilla Cashew
  • ½ cup DOVE® Dark Chocolate Raspberry & Honey Roasted Almond
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  1. Line a metal baking sheet (with sides) with parchment paper. Spread yogurt out on baking sheet to about a ½" thickness. Drop preserves by the spoonful over the surface of yogurt; use the sharp tip of a knife to swirl preserves through yogurt. Sprinkle DOVE® Chocolate Fruit & Nut pieces over yogurt. Sprinkle coconut over yogurt.
  2. Freeze until solid; crack into pieces and serve.
