5-Minute Mustache Pumpkins Halloween Craft

This Halloween craft post was brought to you by DollarTree.com.

I love love love decorating for Halloween, and my favorite part is pumpkin carving. If I had my way, we’d have our whole property decorated with all the different funky, bumpy varieties available. The only problem? There’s no time for all that. Plus, holy mess.

Quick and easy Halloween decorations

So this year I stocked up on the little guys, and found an easy decorating fix. It’s super cute, the kids love it, and it only cost me $1 plus .75 per pumpkin! (Plus, it’s totally on-trend.)

Mustache pumpkins!

Halloween Mustache Pumpkins. Quick, cheap and easy!

Aren’t they cute? We were shopping at Dollar Tree for our Halloween decorations (because duh.) and I saw this pack of mustache tattoos for, obviously, a dollar. I immediately thought they’d be adorable on a lineup of tiny pumpkins, and I love the way they came out!

Halloween Mustache Pumpkins - quick and easy!

The temporary tattoos adhered to the pumpkins almost the same way they do with skin.  You have to be a little more careful not to slide them around, but it was really easy to apply them. All you need is a wet rag, then make sure you place them down low on the pumpkin so it gives the illusion of a mustached face. (Or, you can use these adhesive mustaches to make them a little more weather-proof.)

We had our jack-be-littles done in no time, which is the perfect amount of time for a 4-year-old’s attention span.

Easy Mustache Pumpkins for Halloween

The kids were able to help, and I didn’t even have to give them a bath after we were done. We’ll still carve a Jack O’Lantern for the big day, but since these aren’t cut, they’ll stay fresh and keep our porch looking cute all throughout October!

Do you decorate for Halloween?
