Today’s post is sponsored by Zulily. All opinions are our own and honest.
Jackets for the kids. Pots and pans for the kitchen. Decor for the bedroom. Toys. Shoes. Skirts. Leggings. Baby carriers. Boots. Books.
You name it, we’ve gotten it from Zulily…and saved a bundle. I’m being 100% honest when I tell you that there is no place I’d rather shop for almost anything, especially higher end brands that I can’t afford at full price. Now that September is around the corner, the deals are better than ever. zulily.com offers parents a wide variety of back-to-school essentials for kids, including clothes, shoes, accessories, supplies and toys, all at incredible prices. You’ll find everything your kid needs (and a few things you didn’t know they needed, until now) while saving more money than you will at almost any retail store.
My favorite thing about zulily is that I don’t have to settle. They consistently feature the brands I know and trust (like Melissa & Doug, Ergo and Aerosoles) so I don’t have to wonder what I’m getting or if the price is really a bargain.
Right now, we’re suiting up our oldest for his first day of Kindergarten. We needed shoes and just about every type of clothing you could imagine (growth spurt!) and we found so much of it at zulily. I even scored my baby girl a pair of Clark’s snow boots for $3 with a credit I earned through a referral!
I mean, just look at this stuff. Bold patterns, trendy prints, wearable classics…and the harem pants are too adorable for words!
How To Save on Back to School Shopping
To help you get ready for back-to-school time, here are a few back-to-school shopping tips from zulily kids fashion expert Shawn Anderson:
Plan in advance: Don’t wait until the last minute to start getting ready. Avoid the stress of last-minute shopping by getting started now and you’ll be done before all the good deals are gone.
Get organized: Pull together a back to school checklist so you have priority purchases all lined up.
Create a budget: While all those back-to-school sales are great for saving money, the best place to start is to create a budget. Set a realistic spending limit before shopping and look for the bestdeals to help stay within the budget. I like to search for codes which can save me money on clothes, coupons are great and I use them every time I shop!
Stockpile your favorite items at a discount: When you find something your child loves and needs each year for school at a great price, be sure to buy a few extra. Take advantage of these deals for years to come!
Check in with the kids: Have you checked your child’s favorite color or character lately? Those things change on a dime! Keep your notes updated, or better yet, get the kids involved in the shopping process.

I love Zulily! I always find great items for my girls and for me. My youngest figured out how to use the app on my phone and she loves to pick out items. Love the awesome discounts too!

I have to check out Zulilly! I’ve heard good thing shut never visited. Good list — especially the part about checking in with the kids. I was very surprised to learn that my son liked orange over blue!

I have used Zilliy once and loved the service. I always think because I am such a last minute shopper I cannot use the service. This gives me hope that I can in the future.

I think this is an awesome service. I hate to go clothes shopping, my nephews hate it too. I think you save a lot of time and hassle when you can shop online. I know this way we are all happy and can use our time better than going into busy stores!
