Iced tea has caffeine.
Juice? Too much sugar.
Soda? No. Just no.
It’s hard to choose the right beverage to give your kids. Water is great, and while most kids will drink it, just as many will balk when given plain water every single time. The choice gets even harder when, like my family, you opt to not serve cow’s milk.
