I don’t know what it is, but the little boys in my family all seem to looooove The Littlest Pet Shop! Lucky for Santa, there’s a brand new DVD to bring this year, so our little guys are getting it (and I’m thinking their sisters won’t be complaining. Could this be one DVD all the kids will agree on?!)

The newest release:

Meet Blythe. She’s just a regular girl. She loves fashion. She loves her friends. And did we mention that she has the ability to talk to animals? Good thing this secret gift makes her a perfect fit for The Littlest Pet Shop! On December 17th, 2013, Shout! Factory Kids, in collaboration with Hasbro Studios, invite you to join Blythe and her very best friends — Zoe the spaniel, Pepper the skunk, Sunil the mongoose, Russell the hedgehog, Penny the panda, Vinnie the gecko and Minka the monkey — for fashion-filled fun in Littlest Pet Shop:  Lights, Camera, Fashion!

In addition to five off-the wall adventures, Littlest Pet Shop: Lights, Camera, Fashion! also comes with a  collectible Zoe toy and trading card, and has a suggested retail price of $14.93.

Now is its second season, Littlest Pet Shop delivers captivating entertainment the whole family can enjoy. Safe TV for Kids, Customized by Parents: Kidoodle.TV

I participated in a Blog Blast program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Kidoodle.TV. I received a promotional item and a free trial as a thank you for participating.

If you follow me on Facebook, you may have seen me asking for advice on alternatives to traditional cable television. Good news! I’ve found a new online option where I can set up an account for my kids and let them watch their favorite age-appropriate shows, worry-free!

Kidoodle.TV allows parents to customize profiles for up to 5 kids (12 and under) from, choose exactly which shows each child is allowed to watch, then hand off navigation to the child.  Choosing programs is a snap to do from the Parents’ Room, and there are popular choices for different ages, including everything from Strawberry Shortcake to Transformers. Even National Geographic! All shows are available as a live stream from the web, and can be viewed on both PC and Mac, desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones with other devices being Beta tested.

With no ads in the kids’ content, no adult content at all, and no worries about internet safety, it’s a nice way to know exactly what your kids are seeing. (In our case, Paddington Bear and Zoo Babies!)

Kidoodle.TV is FREE through the month of December.

PLUS, from now through December 31, 2013, you can enter to win 1 of 10 tablets or 1 of 10 Kidoodle.TV year-long subscriptions!

To enter the giveaway, go to Kidoodle.TV to sign up for a free trial. Follow the on-screen directions and submit!

Connect with Kidoodle.TV on Facebook and Twitter to learn more and hear what people are saying! (People besides me, of course. I think it’s a win!)
