For the bookworm on your holiday gift list! @TidyBooks

As you can tell from that snazzy button over in my sidebar, I’m a Tidy Books Ambassador. The Book Box and Book Case have been providing great storage for our kids’ books for months, and now I’m happy to introduce you to the newest addition to our Tidy Books collection: the Bunk Bed Buddy!



Simple idea, genius product. That about sums it up. When I was a child, I loved to read at night before bed, as so many kids do. I had shelves around my bed, but that’s not the norm, especially if you’re sleeping in a bunk bed. The lucky kid on the bottom might have a little storage space, but what about the top bunk? As a kid, I was rarely seen without my nose in a book. As a college literature major, not much changed (except maybe the size of the books!) So when I became a mom, I couldn’t wait until I could start encouraging my son to have an interest in books, too.

I read to him as a baby, but then he became mobile and I couldn’t read a page without him running off! It never occurred to me that he might not be interested. Luckily, that didn’t last, and now bedtime stories have become our favorite way to wind down, bond, and spend some real QT together. ¬†The only problem? Where to keep all those BOOKS!
