My husband does Tae Kwon Do.
We have a farm so he stays fit by fixing fence, riding horses, etc.
He walks 5 miles daily
He goes to the gym at least three times a week.
My husband is pretty active but I think his favorite thing is mountain biking
Not a whole lot right now, but he will be having to do more after he recovers from his surgery!

When my father was alive he road an exercise bike.

He quit drinking, holds down a strenuous job and works our farm.

Hubs is disabled, but he still tries to get some exercise in with swimming, lifting weights, and playing the Wii when he can.
He works really, really hard.

He doesn’t do much towards that goal, but he is always working in the yard and he has no problem with walking instead of jumping into his car.
My Dad rides a stationary bike. It is hard for him to get exercise with his health problems.
Golf! And we are both starting a training program for running!

My new hubby is the father of 4 and stepfather of 5. He is constantly doing outdoor activities with the kiddos on the weekends. (and yes we have a houseful of all 9 kids, 24/7)
